We are looking for an Electrical/Mechanical BIM Modeler to start immediately . This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, who have worked on high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage electrical BIM models for high-rise building projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration of electrical systems.
• Utilize Revit, Navisworks, ACC for modeling and clash detection.
• Prepare and manage electrical shop drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations from BIM models.
• Participate in daily project meetings and align with U.S. time zones.
• Conduct research and analysis to support design and business development.
• Create professional presentations and manage project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC.
• Experience working on high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and BIM modeling techniques.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in alignment with U.S. working hours (minimum 30 hours per week).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
