Position Overview
We are looking for a 4D Scheduling Engineer (MEP-focused) to support GENX 4D Services on complex construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong MEP knowledge, site awareness, and 4D simulation experience, who can translate construction strategy into clear, visual schedules.
The position is project-based, primarily remote, with close collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 4D construction simulations for planning, coordination, and risk review
- Link MEP models with schedules to support site logistics, sequencing, and phasing
- Support monthly 4D updates and coordination reviews
- Communicate construction strategy clearly to internal teams, owners, and trades
- Incorporate site constraints such as logistics, crane jumps, limited access, and phasing
- Support prefabrication and modular construction strategies where applicable
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and site execution
- Hands-on experience with Synchro, Navisworks, Revit
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
- Ability to structure schedules at milestone and trade-level detail
- Familiarity with construction sequencing, logistics planning, and coordination workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with prefabrication or modular construction
- Exposure to Unreal Engine or advanced visualization tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
