Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical / Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team immediately. This role focuses on high-rise building projects and requires strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage electrical and mechanical BIM models for high-rise projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate system integration
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and ACC for modeling and clash detection
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations from BIM models
- Participate in project meetings aligned with U.S. time zones
- Support research, documentation, and professional presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical BIM Modeler
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
- Experience working on high-rise building projects
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination workflows
- Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in alignment with U.S. working hours
