Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows for high-rise and modular projects. This role requires deep expertise in VDC strategy, BIM management, and multidisciplinary coordination. The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings in NY/NJ considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement VDC workflows for high-rise and modular construction projects
- Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution
- Manage digital model integration using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Procore
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Prepare professional presentations and manage project documentation
- Lead virtual coordination meetings, with occasional in-person participation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in VDC / BIM management
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Proven experience with high-rise buildings, modular construction, and MEP coordination
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely; NY/NJ site availability is a plus
- Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
