Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Electrical / Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team immediately. This role focuses on high-rise building projects and requires strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage electrical and mechanical BIM models for high-rise projects Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate system integration Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and ACC for modeling and clash detection Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations from BIM models Participate in project meetings aligned with U.S. time zones Support research, documentation, and professional presentations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical BIM Modeler Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC Experience working on high-rise building projects Solid understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination workflows Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written) Ability to work in alignment with U.S. working hours Apply Now At GENX, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
