Position Overview We are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows for high-rise and modular projects. This role requires deep expertise in VDC strategy, BIM management, and multidisciplinary coordination. The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings in NY/NJ considered a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement VDC workflows for high-rise and modular construction projects Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution Manage digital model integration using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Procore Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams Prepare professional presentations and manage project documentation Lead virtual coordination meetings, with occasional in-person participation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in VDC / BIM management Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 Proven experience with high-rise buildings, modular construction, and MEP coordination Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work remotely; NY/NJ site availability is a plus Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written) Apply Now At GENX, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Electrical / Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team immediately. This role focuses on high-rise building projects and requires strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
