Scope: GENx collaborated with KPF architects to ensure effective project coordination by facilitating communication, integrating engineering elements into the architectural design, managing engineering tasks, solving technical challenges, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project.

Scope: The 426,000-square-meter (4,585,400-square-foot) Ziraat project includes two towers of 46 and 40 stories, joined by an eight-story podium with commercial, retail, and banking service components, as well as seven stories below ground for parking and technical services.

• Collaborated with the architectural team to develop the LOD 300 Architectural Revit Model.
• Provided in-house consulting services, offering training and support to the architectural team to ensure the project deadline was met.
• Assisted in the development of a comprehensive set of architectural drawings for the project.
• Established effective coordination with other consultants involved in the project.

• Utilized solar analysis to shape the development’s massing, focusing on the southern portion.
• Deviated from the typical tower-and-podium model, creating a diverse, interconnected building complex.
• Crafted a sophisticated façade that complements the surrounding architecture with a mix of horizontal and vertical expressions.
• Established a harmonious relationship between exterior and interior aesthetics, ensuring unique visual identities within the interconnected structures.
