Position Overview We are seeking highly skilled All Trades Modelers (MEP) to join our team. This position is open to full-time, part-time, or project-based engagement and is primarily remote. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in at least one MEP discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing) and solid knowledge of BIM workflows across multidisciplinary environments, including fabrication and traditional project delivery. Note: Candidates specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing individually are encouraged to apply. Experience in all trades is not required. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed models using Autodesk Revit for Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems Coordinate designs with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines Work within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments for model coordination and collaboration Utilize Revizto and other issue-tracking platforms to manage and resolve coordination issues Prepare and manage BIM models in accordance with project standards and LOD requirements Support clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks Review design documentation, drawings, and schedules, and provide constructability feedback Collaborate with global project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability Contribute to modular construction, fabrication workflows, and conventional project delivery processes Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revit-based modeling within Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines Strong knowledge of at least one MEP system (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing) Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), ACC, and Revizto Experience with Navisworks and clash detection processes Experience across modular construction, fabrication, and traditional project environments Ability to work in a collaborative, remote, and international environment Strong attention to detail and communication skills Apply Now At GENX, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
